The judging committee for the Energy and Environmental Innovation Competition will be a panel including two UC Berkeley faculty members along with representatives from Lawrence Berkeley National Labs, Cooley Goodward Kronish LLP, and the CPUC.
Judging Criteria
Proposals shall be judged on the following criteria:
• Relevance and Weight of the proposed question to be solved.
• Creativity of the solution
• Feasibility of impact
• Cross-disciplinary analysis
• Methods for approaching the topic
• Value of the proposed outputs from the funded project.
